For manufacturing sanitizers performed a study of feasibility of building a plant in the city of Guayaquil, meet the growing demand and thus fill a need. Like any project applied market research, considering the existing supply and current demand within the province, a survey was conducted to take into account the market requirements in terms of unmet needs within this type of product. An economic study, which was conducted establishing the capital investment required for project installation, project requires a total investment of USD $ 264,135.59 728,023.70 corresponding to fixed investment and USD $ 463,888.11 to working capital. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) equal to 46%, which is positive for the project, while the Net Present Value (NPV) adds the amount of USD $ 806,978.36. The benefit / cost ratio is greater than one (1.51) and in two years gets the capital. In conclusion, these indicators demonstrate the feasibility project and the appropriateness of the investment for the same.
