Resumen
La tesis contiene un análisis sobre el programa que ejecutan los Centros Infantiles del Buen Vivir CIBV, que son responsabilidad del Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social (MIES), como encargado de regular los procesos que ayuden al desarrollo de más de 314.333 niños y niñas atendidos en los Centros a nivel nacional, con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de los menores e incrementar los servicios brindados a los ciudadanos por entidades públicas en cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas por el Estado. Se realiza un estudio de la calidad de los servicios que presentan estos CIBV específicamente el de la ciudad de Portoviejo ya que fue la población a investigar, entre los resultados obtenidos se pudo determina r que el centro infantil cuenta con el personal capacitado para todas las actividades desarrolladas y con una infraestructura acorde a sus necesidades de los cien niños y niñas atendidos diariamente dentro del Centro. Finalmente, se propone bajo la responsabilidad de la autora, la incorporación de un departamento médico que coadyuve a mejorar el servicio prestado por la institución analizada.
The thesis contains an analysis of the program running the centers children's of good living CIBV, which are the responsibility of the Ministry of economic Inclusion and Social (MIES), as Manager of regulating processes that help the development of more than 314.333 children attended in the centers at the national level, in order to improve the quality of life of children and increase the services provided to citizens by authorities in compliance with policies established by the State. A study of the quality of the services that present these CIBV specifically in the city of Portoviejo since it was the population to investigate, between the results obtained could be determined that the children's Centre has trained staff for all activities and facilities according to their needs of the one hundred boys and girls served daily within the Center. Finally, it proposes under the responsibility of the author, the incorporation of a medical department that contributes to improve the service provided by the institution analyzed.
