Análisis de la situación laboral de las mujeres privadas de libertad sector drogas en el centro de rehabilitación social de Guayaquil en el año 2016

Resumen
En este trabajo se abordó temas relevantes que afectan la situación laboral de las
mujeres privadas de libertad recluidas en el Centro de Rehabilitación Social de Guayaquil,
específicamente del sector drogas, por ser el mayor porcentaje de detenidas por este delito,
cabe señalar que al ser madres de familia, tienen la necesidad de velar por sus hijos y de
alguna manera conseguir el sustento para los suyos cuando entraron a prisión.
En este trabajo se ha elaborado un programa de inclusión laboral que opere dentro de
este centro, para mejorar dicha situación, este programa se basa en la aplicación de un
proyecto de trabajo en diversas áreas y que satisfaga las necesidades emocionales y
monetarias de cada una de las internas. Para alcanzar el éxito de este proyecto es
importante la participación de las empresas privadas y el involucramiento de las
autoridades competentes a fin de que en conjunto realicen convenios laborales,
cumpliendo parámetros amparados por la ley. La motivación que las autoridades y
funcionarios del CRS les brinde a estas mujeres, a través de las capacitaciones, es
fundamental para que puedan realizar trabajos de calidad, se sientan seguras, creando
ambiente de confianza, reforzando el compañerismo y elevando la autoestima que sepan
que por ningún motivo serán explotadas. Luego del trabajo de investigación sobre las
teorías bases de: situación laboral, capacitaciones, programas culturales-educativos y
remuneración mayor incidencia tienen las relacionadas a oportunidades laborales
remunerativas que sean sostenidas y a largo plazo.
This study analyzed the main issues that affect the employment situation of women prisoners held in the Centro de Rehabilitación Social de Guayaquil, specifically the drug sector, as the largest percentage of arrested for this crime, it should be noted that mothers have the need to ensure their children and somehow get sustenance for his family when they entered prison. This document has developed a program of work including operating within this center to improve the situation; the program is based on the implementation of a working project in several areas and satisfies the emotional and monetary needs of each prisoner. To achieve the success of this project is important to involve private companies and the competent authorities’ participation so that together performs labor agreements, fulfilling parameters protected by law. The motivation that authorities and workers of CRS provide to these women, through training, it is essential for them, and for their performance at work, feel safe, creating atmosphere of trust, strengthening partnership and raising self-esteem to know that for any reason they will be exploited. After the research work about the fundamental theories: employment status, training, cultural-educational programs and pay higher incidence are related to remunerative employment opportunities that are sustained and long term.
