CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LAS CONDUCTAS DISRUPTIVAS PRESENTADAS EN INFANTES TRABAJADORES DE 6 A 11 AÑOS QUE ASISTEN A LA FUNDACIÓN NURTAC

Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación fue realizado bajo la modalidad de análisis de caso, para lo cual fue necesario seleccionar cuatro casos de niños inscritos en la Fundación NURTAC; teniendo como objetivo general el caracterizar las conductas disruptivas presentadas en infantes de 6 a 11 años que asisten a la mencionada fundación. Para lograr el cumplimiento de este objetivo general, se establecieron los siguientes objetivos específicos: identificar qué tipo de conductas disruptivas están presentando en sus hogares los infantes y reconocer si las conductas disruptivas presentadas por los infantes son adoptadas en la escuela o en la interacción con pares fuera de ella. La metodología utilizada es de tipo cualitativa, ya que se eligió los siguientes instrumentos: entrevista semiestructurada dirigida a los padres de familia, test proyectivo de la figura humana, ficha de observación de las conductas que manifestaban los niños y reportes académicos emitidos por los docentes. Como resultado de este análisis se obtuvo que las conductas disruptivas que presentaron los niños incluyen llanto, gritos, actitudes desafiantes y agresión tanto verbal como física hacia sus pares; adicional, se evidenció que estas conductas se encuentran relacionadas con el entorno en el que se desenvuelven mientras realizan sus actividades laborales y poseen un detonante que las produce, siendo este, la realización de las actividades escolares y el sentirse incomprendido dentro del hogar, además los padres no supervisan actividades recreativas entre pares ni realizan correcciones oportunas cuando las conductas aparecen como consecuente, estos niños adoptan actitudes que incrementan los comportamientos negativos
This degree was under the case of analysis modality, for which it was necessary to select four cases of children enrolled in the NURTAC Foundation; It`s general objective is to characterize the disruptive behaviors presented in infants from 6 to 11 years old who attend the mentioned foundation. In order to achieve the objective, the following objective were established: identify what type of disruptive behaviors infants are presenting in their homes and recognize if the disruptive behaviors presented are adopted at school or in peer interaction outside them. The methodology used is qualitative method, since the following instruments were chosen: semi-structured interview aimed at parents, projective test of the human figure, observation sheet of the behaviors manifested by children and academic reports issued by teachers. As a result of this analysis it was obtained that the disruptive behaviors that the children presented included crying, shouting, challenging attitudes and both verbal and physical aggression towards their peers; In addition, it was evidenced that these behaviors are related to the environment in which they operate while they carry out their work activities and have a trigger that produces them, being this, the realization of school activities and feeling misunderstood inside the home, in addition to Parents do not supervise recreational activities between peers or make timely corrections when behaviors appear as consistent, these children adopt attitudes that increase negative behaviors
