Resumen
El presente trabajo de Investigación se ha centrado en analizar los factores que actualmente se encuentran incidiendo para que los sistemas domóticos no estén masificados en la ciudad de Loja, por medio de un estudio exploratorio sobre los aspectos teóricos y prácticos que intervienen en la problemática. Posteriormente, se realiza un estudio descriptivo brindando así una visión general de lo obtenido en la investigación.
Se presenta además los principales resultados obtenidos en la investigación, tales como la existencia o no de sistemas domóticos en las viviendas en la ciudad de Loja, la percepción que tienen los propietarios de las viviendas sobre los costos de estos sistemas, así como la percepción sobre el manejo de estos sistemas. Además de ello se presenta la investigación sobre la intervención de las empresas de la localidad en este tema.
Finalmente, se presenta una propuesta de solución al estado del problema destacando sus principales ventajas, beneficios, aplicación y sobre todo las consideraciones que se debe tener al momento de implementarla.
The following research work is centered in analyzing the factors which are influencing in the overcrowding of the domotics in Loja city these days, through an exploratory study about the theoretical and practical aspects which influence in the problem. Later, a descriptive study is done, giving through this, a general vision of the results obtained in the investigation. Also, the main results of the investigation are presented, such as the existence or not of domotics systems in the people living places in Loja, the perception that the owners have about the these systems expenses, as the perception about the operation of these systems. More than this, the research about the intervention of local companies is presented. Finally, a proposal is presented to find a solution to the problem status, pointing out the main advantages, benefits, applications, and, overall, the considerations that must be taken into account when implementing.
