Resumen
El presente estudio de satisfacción tiene como objeto la atención en salud que se
brinda al paciente, el mismo que se realizó en el Centro de Atención Ambulatorio Norte
en la ciudad de Guayaquil mediante la metodología cualitativa, usando el método
estudio de caso, analítico y descriptivo. Se determinó la calidad de atención recibida en
el servicio de urgencias, que permite realizar un análisis basado en los resultados
tomando como prioridad la sistematización de experiencias en búsqueda de mejor
calidad de atención. La información se recopiló a través de entrevista guiada con
cuestionario que incluye el tiempo de espera para recibir la atención, la duración de la
consulta, así como el trato del personal y la opinión sobre la infraestructura del área. Los
resultados obtenidos sobre calidad de atención en satisfacción fueron deficientes, por el
largo tiempo de espera y la mala infraestructura que posee dicha área; la propuesta
sugerida es elaborar un plan estratégico para definir una política de priorización de la
atención de urgencia, optimizando el triage; estableciendo mecanismos de seguimiento y
verificación, mediante indicadores de registros para establecer las diferentes
correcciones y obtener la mejora continua de la institucionalidad, fomentando las
interrelaciones de los que conforman el área y garantizando al paciente el derecho a la
salud.
This satisfaction study aims to health care that the patient is provided, the same as was done at the Center for Ambulatory North Attention in the city of Guayaquil using qualitative methodology, using the study case method, analytical and descriptive. the quality of care provided in the emergency department, which allows a system based on the results taking priority systematization of experiences in search for better quality of care analysis was determined. The information was gathered through interviews guided questionnaire that includes the waiting time to receive care, the duration of the consultation and the treatment of staff and the view on the area's infrastructure. The results on quality of care were deficient satisfaction for the long wait and poor infrastructure that has that area; the suggested proposal is to develop a strategic plan to define a policy of prioritizing emergency care, optimizing the triage; establishing mechanisms for monitoring and verification, using indicators of records to establish the various corrections and get the continuous improvement of institutions, promoting the interrelationships of which make up the area and ensuring the patient the right to health
