Resumen
Mediante la demostración de la factibilidad se consigue la credibilidad de los
inversionistas y el objetivo de ayudar a la necesidad latente de cubrir puestos de
trabajo mediante una industria de alimentos como es el yogur con leche de chiva.
Luego del proceso de investigación en fuentes primarias y secundarias mediante la
elaboración y análisis del Estudio de Mercado se concluye que el mercado existente
es de 1.359.289 de acuerdo a las proyecciones y el potencial con un crecimiento de
2.40% de la población por año. La investigación solo se limito para la ciudad de
Guayaquil. En cuanto a la oferta existen ya productos posesionados en el mercado
que elaboran yogur peo con diferente materia prima. La demanda insatisfecha es de
1085 toneladas. En el Estudio Técnico se establece la capacidad de la planta para
producir hasta cubrir 121 toneladas de yogur al año que es el 11.5%. Para el diseño
del producto se seleccionaron materiales con características físicas apropiadas para
la calidad. El área de la planta será de 1200m2 distribuidas entre los distintos
departamentos, se escogió maquinaria y equipos capaces de cumplir con las
exigencias del proceso de fabricación. La primera producción será de 31763 unidades
de 250cc.. La inversión fija llega a $171.067,80, el capital de operaciones $132.144,98
lo cual será cubierto con un capital propio del 60.51% y un 39.49% de financiamiento.
Los costos unitarios del producto se ubican en $0.27ctv. Llegando a establecer el
precio en venta de $0.46ctv con una utilidad del 39%. Su rentabilidad y recuperación
del capital por TIR con una tasa anual del 21.64%. Análisis que dice que es una
excelente opción para contribuir a la reactivación económica de capitales en el aparato
productivo nacional.
