Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal diseñar un manual administrativo aplicado a la bodega general del Hospital Básico Manglaralto, con la finalidad de mejorar su estructura organizativa. Se aplicó una metodología de tipo documental-bibliográfica y descriptiva, al momento de describir y analizar información correspondiente a manuales administrativos, su importancia, elementos indispensables en un manual, así como también con lo referente a bodega, su logística, administración de inventarios en fin diferentes teorías de expertos en el tema, por otra parte descriptiva pues se detalla las información brindada por las personas que se encuentran directamente relación con el tema de investigación, a través de la entrevista y la encuesta efectuada a la Directora del hospital y el personal que labora en el área de bodega respectivamente. Con los datos obtenidos y de acuerdo a su procesamiento y tratamiento estadístico se determinó que la falta de un manual administrativo en el área de bodega, acorde a las expectativas vigentes de los usuarios, ocasiona una serie de inconvenientes en el correcto abastecimiento, almacenamiento y entrega de los medicamentos en el área de bodega, así como también la deficiente ejecución en las actividades operativas y procedimientos administrativos, ya que estas funciones se han desarrollado de manera incorrecta por la inexistencia de procesos previamente establecidos, por lo tanto se realizó cada una guía plasmada en el manual bajo el cual el personal operativo se respalda sobre sus acciones a seguir a fin de cumplir con los objetivos propuestos. Finalmente se puede concluir el trabajo de investigación mencionando que en toda empresa es necesario contar con un manual que detalle de forma sistemática aquellos elementos administrativos con pleno conocimiento de todo el personal para que exista un criterio de acción y desempeño común, con el fin de lograr los objetivos propuestos por la organización.
The main objective of this research work is to design an administrative manual applied to the general warehouse of the Manglaralto Basic Hospital, in order to improve its organizational structure. A methodology of documentary-bibliographic and descriptive type was applied, at the time of describing and analyzing information corresponding to administrative manuals, its importance, essential elements in a manual, as well as with regard to winery, its logistics, inventory management in order different theories of experts in the subject, on the other hand descriptive because it details the information provided by people who are directly related to the research topic, through the interview and the survey conducted to the Director of the hospital and the staff that He works in the warehouse area respectively. With the data obtained and according to its processing and statistical treatment it was determined that the lack of an administrative manual in the warehouse area, according to the current expectations of the users, causes a series of inconveniences in the correct supply, storage and delivery of the medicines in the warehouse area, as well as the poor execution in the operative activities and administrative procedures, since these functions have been developed incorrectly due to the absence of previously established processes, therefore each guide was carried out in the manual under which the operational staff relies on their actions to be followed in order to meet the proposed objectives. Finally, the research work can be concluded by mentioning that in every company it is necessary to have a manual that systematically details those administrative elements with full knowledge of all the staff so that there is a common action and performance criterion, in order to achieve the objectives proposed by the organization.
