Resumen
El presente trabajo de sistematización de experiencia es basado en la importancia de las técnicas participativas en el diagnóstico de intervención comunitaria realizado en la Cooperativa 25 de Julio, Cerro San Eduardo, cantón Guayaquil, tomando en cuenta la relevancia de la pregunta eje ¿Cuál es la importancia de las técnicas participativas en el diagnóstico de intervención comunitaria? y su objetivo de estudio que buscó comprender más profundamente nuestras experiencias y así poder mejorar las técnicas participativas en el diagnóstico de intervención comunitaria. Para reflexionar sobre el tema, el desarrollo de la revisión literaria fue pertinente para la construcción de argumentos críticos y empíricos del cual reflejaron aspectos fundamentales de las técnicas participativas y su criterio en el levantamiento de información y el reconocimiento de limitaciones y potencialidades que tiene una comunidad.
Basándose en el proceso vivido y la reflexión crítica, este trabajo mostró que es fundamental para el psicólogo conocer las técnicas participativas de acuerdo al perfil de los participantes, los aspectos que forman parte de un entorno social, en este contexto, se logra reflexionar la necesidad de fortalecer conocimientos y experiencia en la aplicación de las técnicas y su metodología, de esta manera optimizar el proceso de diagnóstico y favorecer la creación de estrategias orientadas a la transformación social
This experience systematization work is based on the importance of participatory techniques in the diagnosis of community intervention carried out in the Cooperativa 25 de Julio, Cerro San Eduardo, canton Guayaquil, taking into account the relevance of the central question What is the importance of participatory techniques in the diagnosis of community intervention? and its objective of study that sought to understand our experiences more deeply and thus be able to improve participatory techniques in the diagnosis of community intervention. To reflect on the issue, the development of the literary review was pertinent for the construction of critical and empirical arguments which reflected fundamental aspects of participatory techniques and their criteria in the gathering of information and the recognition of limitations and potentials that a community has . Based on the experienced process and critical reflection, this work showed that it is essential for the psychologist to know the participatory techniques according to the profile of the participants, the aspects that are part of a social environment, in this context, it was posible to realice the need to further knowledge and experience in the application of the techniques and their methodology, thus optimizing the diagnostic process and favoring the creation of strategies aimed at social transformation
