Resumen
El objetivo del trabajo es contribuir al desarrollo del proceso productivo de tableros eléctricos
de la Empresa Metalamp S.A. mediante el análisis y evaluación realizado en el Área de
Metalmecánica, Soldadura, Almacenamiento de productos en proceso, Pinturas, Ensamble ,
Almacenamiento de productos terminados que se justifica por los problemas de
congestionamiento de materiales durante el proceso de manufactura, que generan tiempos
improductivos y actividades que no agregan valor, artículos defectuosos originados por la falta
de una persona responsable de la supervisión y control de calidad, por medidas incorrectas de
las partes de la cajas para los tableros , ralladuras, pintura reventada dentro del proceso para
el mejoramiento se desarrollaran las propuestas de solución mediante las herramientas y
métodos como son la Estrategia “5S”Alternativa de solución “A” cuya filosofía se enfoca en el
trabajo efectivo ,organización del lugar de trabajo y procesos estandarizados para mejorar la
seguridad y la satisfacción del trabajador, se utilizó también el método de distribución de la
planta por grupo de manufacturas Alternativa de solución “B” que consiste en hacer un
acomodo en función de la secuencia del proceso reduciendo lo mas posible las distancias de
recorrido de las personas y productos, a través de la evaluación y análisis de los costos
generados, por las propuestas de solución se concluye que la Alternativa de solución “A” con
un Costo de inversión de $1983,80 con TIR. 210,96 % y “B” Costo inversión $1633,33 con TIR.
56,51% son factibles y deben ir ligadas e interrelacionado para obtener mejores resultados que
contribuyan al desarrollo productivo de la empresa siendo necesario que los cambios
planteados en caso de ser realizados sean de manera constante y permanentes al interior de la
empresa basado en el trabajo en equipo y la utilización de las habilidades y conocimientos del
personal mediante los diferentes herramientas para optimizar el proceso de manufactura de
los tableros eléctricos dentro de esto se debe tomar en cuenta que los cambios y reuniones de
capacitación deben ser evaluados y medidos lo que le permitirá a la empresa contar con un
personal que constantemente se compromete con el cuidado y hábitos, para el cumplimiento
de las labores diarias de la empresa innovando para retos futuros, organizando sesiones de
diálogo para compartir experiencias que contribuyan al desarrollo de la organización y de la
empresa
