Resumen
El comercio informal tiene diversos efectos en la sociedad, con el estudio espacial del sector Flor de Bastión, bajo los datos obtenidos con los métodos cualitativo y cuantitativo usados en esta investigación, se pretende actuar para el sector donde se ha generado este mercado informal, mejorando la imagen urbana y ordenamiento comercial del sector; además de esto se procede a buscar la ubicación estratégica del lugar donde será proyectado un nuevo Mercado Minorista para propiciar soluciones a las problemáticas que se presentan, a través de la propuesta obtenidas en esta investigación con los patrones de solución determinados en el capítulo V, donde finalmente definimos el diseño arquitectónico de un Mercado Minorista, el cual cuenta con 3 niveles donde se separan las actividades comerciales, se integra con el contexto natural del sector, y se complementa con áreas verdes, área de parqueo y una plaza de comida, cumpliendo los parámetros de Funcionalidad, Sostenibilidad y Aspectos Constructivos.
