Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene objetivo Evaluar la Seguridad Individual y Colectiva en la Línea de Producción deuna empresa Panificadora de Guayaquil, su desarrollo comprende en su primer capítulo un estudio del Marco Teórico, Histórico, Conceptual, Legal y Referencial para llevar la siguiente investigación. En su segundo capítulo se elaboró un estudio de los procesos que se generan en las empresas Panificadoras dando a conocer los peligros y riesgos que están expuestos los colaboradores en las áreas de trabajos, lo cual permitió dar a conocer el incumplimiento de normativas en relación de Seguridad Laboral, en el tercer capítulo se realiza la propuesta con finalidad de reducir los riesgos y al mismo tiempo cumplir con las normativas legal vigente del país.
The purpose of this degree work is to evaluate the individual and collective security in the production line in a Bakery company in Guayaquil, Its development includes in its first chapter a study of the theoretical, historical conceptual, legal and reference framework to carry out the following research. In its second chapter, a study of the processes that were generated in the Bakery companies was developed, raising awareness of the dangers and risks that employees are exposed to in the work areas, which made it possible to disclose the breach of standards in relation to work security. In the third chapter the proposal is made in order to reduce the risks and at the same time comply with the legal regulations in force in our country.
