Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de la
situación actual del Sistema Hospitalario Docente de la Universidad de
Guayaquil, para encontrar los principales problemas y dar posibles
soluciones a ellos, a través de éste análisis se encontró que el principal
problema es la “Demora en la entrega de los pedidos de Bodega Central”,
la solución que se plantea en esta tesis es el “Diseño de un Manual de
Implementación del Programa 5S”, con el cual se pretende aumentar la
eficiencia del proceso de bodega.
La metodología utilizada para la realización de este trabajo es el
Método Científico Investigativo, con la ayuda de las siguientes técnicas:
Encuestas a los trabajadores, Entrevistas a los directivos, Diagrama de
Pareto para encontrar el problema principal, Matriz FODA para diseñar
estrategias que nos permitan afrontar los problemas o aprovechar las
fortalezas del hospital, Técnicas estadísticas para registrar los datos,
lluvia de ideas, y la principal herramienta utilizada para el diseño de éste
Manual fue la Técnica Japonesa 5S, que es una teoría nueva e
innovadora para mejorar la productividad de toda empresa de producción
o de servicios.
Luego de haber planteado los objetivos principales de ésta tesis y
de aplicar las técnicas mencionadas anteriormente en el análisis de la
situación actual del Hospital, los resultados obtenidos a través de éste
trabajo de investigación, fue reducir en un 25% las pérdidas por la
Demora en la entrega de los pedidos de Bodega, con una inversión de
$5764.28, que de acuerdo al estudio se los recuperará en diez meses y
con un beneficio anual de $7440.
Para finalizar se debe procurar implementar las 5S en todo el
Hospital, no solamente en un área y comprometerse todos los integrantes
de ésta institución, desde los altos mandos jerárquicos hasta los de menor
jerarquía, para mejorar la productividad global de ésta institución de salud
que es el área más importante dentro de la sociedad en la que vivimos.
The present work aims to conduct an analysis of the current status of the Teaching Hospital of the University System of Guayaquil, to find the main problems and provide possible solutions to them, through this analysis it was found that the main problem is the "Delay in delivery of orders of Central Bodega" the solution proposed in this thesis is "Design of a Manual 5S Implementation Programme ", which aims to increase efficiency of the winery. The methodology used for the realization of this work is the Investigative Scientific Method, with the help of the following techniques: Polls workers, managers Interviews, Diagram Pareto to find the problem SWOT Matrix to design strategies that allow us to address problems or take strengths of the hospital, Statistical techniques for recording data, brainstorming, and the main tool used for the design of this Technical Manual was the Japanese 5S, a new theory and innovation to improve productivity across production company or services. After having raised the main objectives of this thesis and applying the above mentioned techniques in the analysis of current status of the Hospital, the results obtained through this research was to reduce by 25% the losses Delay in delivery of orders Bodega, with an investment of $ 5,764.28, which according to the study in ten months and recover with an annual benefit of $ 7,440. Finally should seek to implement 5S throughout the Hospital, not just in one area and engage all members of this institution, from the high command hierarchies to the lower hierarchy to improve the overall productivity of this health institution which is the most important within the society in which we live area.
