Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis coyuntural del sector arrocero en la provincia del Guayas durante el periodo (2013-2017), el diseño de investigación que se utilizó en esta investigación es la no experimental debido a que no se pretendía manipular las variables a conveniencia del autor, al contrario se mantuvo la integridad a lo largo del trabajo. La estructura del estudio está compuesta por 4 capítulos que son los siguientes: Capitulo I – Antecedentes de la investigación, aquí se plantea el problema en si por el cual se realiza la investigación incluyendo las respectivas hipótesis o preguntas de investigación. Dentro del Capítulo II, se establece la fundamentación teórica que servirá de apoyo para luego poder desarrollar las variables. En el Capítulo III, se encuentra el Marco metodológico donde se encuentra toda la metodología de la investigación, sus instrumentos a usar, fuentes de investigación, entre otros. Finalmente en el Capítulo IV se procedió a analizar el comportamiento de cada uno de los indicadores económicas en relación a las políticas públicas aplicadas al sector arrocero para obtener lo que el Estado muestra con respecto al arroz y también se analizar las respectivas encuestas que dan a conocer la problemática del sector arrocero desde otro punto de vista. A continuación la respectiva conclusión y recomendaciones
The present work has as purpose to carry out a conjunctural analysis of the rice sector in the province of Guayas during the period (2013-2017), the research design that was used in this research is the non-experimental because it was not intended to manipulate the variables At the convenience of the author, on the contrary integrity was maintained throughout the work. The structure of the study is composed of 4 chapters that are the following: Chapter I - Background of the investigation, here the problem is posed in which the research is carried out including the respective hypothesis or research questions. Within Chapter II, the theoretical foundation that will serve as support is established to later develop the variables. In Chapter III, there is the methodological framework where the entire methodology of the research is located, its instruments to be used, research sources, among others. Finally, in Chapter IV, we proceeded to analyze the behavior of each of the economic indicators in relation to the public policies applied to the rice sector to obtain what the State shows with respect to rice and also analyze the respective surveys that make known the problem of the rice sector from another point of view.
