Resumen
La presente investigación consiste en estudiar la evolución del sector camaronero ecuatoriano enfocándonos en la provincia de Guayas en el periodo del 2015 al 2018 con la finalidad de que ese trabajo nos permita obtener tener el conocimiento de algunas variables determinantes involucradas en el sector camarero para determinar su relación con el crecimiento productivo y económico generado en la provincia del Guayas en el periodo mencionado, para llevar a cabo el trabajo de investigación se empleó el método cuantitativo para poder encontrar el conocimiento ampliado del caso estudiado mediante datos detallados y principios teóricos, en este método el objeto de estudio se considera externo, separado de cualquier pensamiento individual para garantizar la mayor objetividad posible, la investigación es normativa, apuntando a leyes generales relacionadas al caso de estudio; la recolección de datos fue constar de pruebas objetivas, instrumentos de medición, la estadística entre otros que nos permitió concluir que la producción camaronera está relacionada con el número de empresas situadas en la provincia y la demanda exterior del producto
