Resumen
Este proyecto recoge la información de los riegos que ocasionan
los actos inseguros y condiciones inseguras en la empresa “PLÁSTICOS
ECUATORIANOS” mediante la aplicación de las siguientes técnicas:
METODO FINE, PANORAMA DE RIESGO Y METODO GRETENER de
evaluación de riesgos de incendio. Primeramente se procedió a con el
método de fine, dándole valoración a los riesgos según las tablas de este
método, posteriormente se las ordeno en el formato de panorama de
riesgos según su grado de peligrosidad y con información de cuantas
personas laboran y están expuesta al riesgo y cuantos turnos. Los riesgos
de incendio se los evaluó con el método de GRETENER según su carga
térmica (Plástico) a que se dedica la empresa, las condiciones normales
de protección que pose la empresa, también las medidas especiales que
cuenta, tipo de construcción. Las condiciones inseguras que este proyecto
tomo en consideración son condiciones de medioambiente de trabajo en
la Planta de procesos y el área de Serigrafía y los riesgos de incendio y/o
explosión en la Extrusora y Poli-Tape, se considero en estas 2 aéreas de
trabajo, en esta laboran mas del 30 % de empleados y 40 % de las
maquinas con las que cuenta PLÁSTICOS ECUATORIANOS, Los datos
obtenidos después de aplicar las técnicas mencionadas se las resumen y
se las clasifica, para poder identificar y tomar la decisión de resolver o
atenuar los riesgos descritos en este trabajo de investigación
