Resumen
El estudio de la creación del manual de procedimientos, empieza con el análisis de la situación actual de la empresa “Cooperativa Ruta Policentro”, donde se obtiene información necesaria e importante relacionada con el área de inventarios, identificando el desempeño de las actividades.
Por lo tanto, la metodología utilizada durante la investigación es descriptiva que mostró como resultado inconsistencias en el registro de las mercaderías, desorganización, registros contables no realizados de manera inmediata, por eso, la importancia del uso de un manual de procedimientos que permita cumplir de manera eficiente las actividades encomendadas o asignadas.
Se propone la implementación del manual de procedimientos para el área de inventarios, para mejorar el funcionamiento y el correcto desarrollo de las actividades, optimizando tiempo de registro de manera oportuna.
The study of the creation of the procedures manual begins with the analisis of the current situation of the “Cooperativa Ruta Policentro”, where necessary and important information related to the inventory area is obtained, identifying the performance of the activities. Therefore, the methodology used during the investigation is descriptive that showed as a result inconsistencies in the registration of the merchandise, disorganization, accounting records not carried out inmediately, there is the importance of using a procedures manual that allows accomplish with efficiently entrusted or assigned activities. The implementation of the manual of procedures for the area of inventories is propossed, to improve the operations and the correct development of the activities, optimizing registration time in a timely manner
