Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la identificación de las complicaciones más frecuentes en nuestro medio de la Ruptura Prematura de Membranas tanto en la madre como en el hijo, en este trabajo se detalla la patología, cuáles son sus factores de riesgo ,sus complicaciones y el respectivo manejo ante la aparición de tales eventos, el estudio fue realizado a la población de pacientes con este diagnóstico que concurren a el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil, donde se realizaron encuestas y seguimiento a la población a través de fichas de observación, obteniendo así datos estadísticos de las complicaciones más frecuente en la madre y en el neonato como lo es la infección del tracto genitourinario en el puerperio, el oligohidramnios y la prematuridad, además de constatar que los principales factores de riesgo que causan estas complicaciones son el tiempo prolongado de la ruptura asociado a los múltiples tactos realizados, todo con el fin de reducir su índice, por tal motivo la propuesta es prevenir dicha emergencia obstétrica realizando un plan de capacitación educativa.
The purpose of this work is to identify the most frequent complications in our environment of Premature Membrane Rupture in both the mother and the child, in this work the pathology is detailed, what are its risk factors, its complications and the respective management before the occurrence of such events, the study was carried out to the population of patients with this diagnosis who attend the University Hospital of Guayaquil, where surveys were conducted to this population and a follow-up was carried out through observation sheets thus giving statistical data of the most frequent complications in the mother and in the newborn, as is the infection of the genitourinary tract in the puerperium, oligohydramnios and prematurity, in addition to confirming that the main risk factors that cause these complications are the prolonged time of the rupture associated with the multiple touches performed, in order to reduce their index, for this reason the proposal is to carry out an educational plan to train the prevention of said obstetric emergency.
