Resumen
El trabajo de investigación tiene el propósito de Diagnosticar a la situación actual del proyecto turístico “África Mía” para un plan de mejoras, este estudio fue soportado mediante una encuesta de 14 preguntas, una entrevista de 7 preguntas realizada a una docente de la carrera de Turismo y Hotelería y una ficha de observación con las variables que aportaron al levantamiento de la información para la toma de decisiones en el plan de mejoras, se seleccionó a la población es de 546.254 habitantes y de ello se obtuvo el resultado de la muestra de 384. Con el estudio se propone realizar un plan de mejoras por el cual se utilizó la metodología no experimental, exploratoria y descriptiva; mediante los datos recopilados se obtuvo información y estadísticas las cuales fueron necesarias para el desarrollo de las mejoras, se pretende dar un reconocimiento al proyecto debido a lo que han logrado ayudando a los habitantes alcanzar un crecimiento socio – económico en el sector, Este estudio también busca aportar con las mejoras a convenir en el proyecto, el realce de la comunidad afrodescendiente
This research has as purpose the Diagnosing of the current situation of the “África Mía” tourism project for an improvement plan, this study was supported through a survey of 14 questions, a 7-question interview with a teacher in the Tourism and Hospitality career and an observation sheet with the variables that contributed to the collection of information for decision-making in the improvement plan, the population is 546,254 inhabitants in the area and from this the result of the sample of 384 was obtained. With the study it is proposed to make an improvement plan by which the non-experimental, exploratory and descriptive methodology were applied; through the data collected, information and statistics were obtained which were necessary for the development of the improvements, it is intended to give a recognition to the project due to what it has achieved helping the inhabitants achieve socio-economic growth in the sector, This study also seeks to contribute with the improvements to be agreed in the project, the enhancement of the Afro-descendant community.
