Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo fundamental el diseño de sistemas de control de logística de los inventarios de Surgibone Cía. Ltda. Que permitirán a la empresa funcionar adecuadamente controlando los procesos de egreso e ingreso de existencias y asegurar que su información sea confiable e integra en todas sus etapas creando una estructura organizacional y administrativa que contribuya a salvaguardar los inventarios de la empresa para lo cual se procederá a revisar su ambiente laboral así como indagar en sus procedimientos y el punto de vista y gestión del personal así como también la participación de la gerencia en la administración de los inventarios y la aplicación de políticas que mitiguen los riesgos de pérdida o hurto por mal registro o mal procesamiento de información verificando si el soporte actual de transacciones y los procedimientos satisfacen la necesidad de control de empresa.
The main objective of this work is the design of logistics control systems for the inventories of Surgibone Cía. Ltda. They will allow the company to function properly by controlling the processes of egress and income and to ensure that its information is reliable and integrates in all its stages creating an organizational and administrative structure that contributes to safeguarding the company's inventories for which it will review its work environment as well as investigate its procedures and the point of view and management of staff as well as the involvement of management in the administration of inventories and policy that mitigates the risks of loss or theft from misregistration or misprocessing of information by verifying whether current transaction support and procedures meet the need for business control
