Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un plan de mejoras para el área de servicios de la empresa CONTRIBUTACION S.A., que tiene como finalidad la eficiencia de los procesos que se realizan en el área, empleando una investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa que conlleva una investigación descriptiva, utilizando técnicas de investigación como entrevista a la Gerente General y encuestas que se le realizo a los trabajadores, clientes fijos y clientes potenciales. Obteniendo como resultado que la empresa cuente con un manual de funciones en el área de servicio para que los trabajadores estén organizados y sepan sus responsabilidades, además ampliando su gama de servicios de asesoría en temas de Asesoría Ambiental, Informática e Imagen, contando con el personal capacitado en dichos temas y las adecuaciones del área para un mejor ambiente laboral, generando mayor eficiencia en los procesos e incremento de sus ingresos.
The objective of this research is the development of an improvement plan for the services area of the company CONTRIBUTACION SA, which aims at the efficiency of the processes carried out in the area, using a qualitative and quantitative research that involves an investigation descriptive, using research techniques such as an interview with the General Manager and surveys carried out on workers, fixed clients and potential clients. Obtaining as a result that the company has a manual of functions in the service area so that workers are organized and know their responsibilities, in addition to expanding their range of advisory services on Environmental Advisory, Computer and Image, with the staff trained in these issues and the adjustments of the area for a better work environment, generating greater efficiency in the processes and increasing their income.
