Resumen
El objetivo de esta evaluación es el de identificar, estimar y valorar la magnitud
de aquellos riesgos existentes para la Seguridad y Salud de los trabajadores en el
Terminal Portuario Andipuerto Guayaquil S.A. Proponiendo las medidas de Control
necesarias para reducir los riesgos que pueden ocasionar daños a la Salud de los
Trabajadores, consiguiendo a través de la solución de los problemas, la eficiencia para
la optimización de los recursos; como el recurso humano que es el más importante,
para el desarrollo de la empresa. Para la realización de este trabajo se consideró, el
Marco Legal vigente en materia de Prevención de Riesgos, Sistema de Gestión de la
Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, así como la metodología que se aplicó para llevar
acabo la evaluación; con el método simplificado de evaluación de riesgos, cabe
destacar que los criterios de evaluación de riesgos empleados están acordes a los
criterios establecidos en el Sistema de Administración de Seguridad e Higiene en el
Trabajo, Comisión Europea y norma Técnica del INSHT (España). También se
menciona la falta de un Departamento de Seguridad Industrial y Departamento
Médico; como también los implementos y capacitaciones necesarias que van de la
mano con una política preventiva. La inversión que debe realizar la empresa es de
$87.330 lo cuál se reflejará en lo dispuesto antes señalado, teniendo como resultados
la eficiencia del personal ya que contará con un conjunto de mejoras para el ambiente
de trabajo donde se desarrolla y como ende se reflejará en la productividad de la
empresa. Tanto las conclusiones como recomendaciones estipuladas se enmarcan a
la revisión continua y modificación de las medidas de control de las condiciones de
trabajo.

For the realization of this work was considered, the Legal framework in place on Risk Prevention Management System Occupational Safety and Health, as well as the methodology applied to carry ensure evaluation; the simplified risk assessment method, it noted that the risk assessment criteria used are in line with the criteria set out in the Safety Management System and Health Labour and Technical Commission rule ACGIH TLV (Spain). also mentioned the lack of a Department of Industrial Safety and Department physician; as well as the tools and training necessary to go hand with a preventive policy. The investment of the partner is $ 87,330 which will be reflected in the provisions aforesaid, having as results staff efficiency and will feature a series of improvements to the environment work where it develops and as thus will be reflected in productivity company. Both the conclusions and recommendations set forth are framed continuous review and modification of the control measures of the condition I work.
