Resumen
El proceso de Atención de enfermería (PAE) también denominado Proceso enfermero, (PE).
Tiene un enfoque sistemático, organizado, ordenado de con un trato, holístico de carácter
científico. Constituye un conjunto de procedimientos utilizados como herramienta en la
ejecución de los cuidados de enfermería, consta de cinco pasos o fases: Valoración,
diagnostico, Planificación, ejecución y evaluación. Y como todo método el (PAE) hace alusión
a los diversos pasos que deben seguirse de manera obligatoria hasta conseguir los resultados
esperados. El desempeño de enfermería en el cuidado de pacientes Hipertensos con
accidente cerebro vascular (ACV). Constituye un papel protagónico muy importante, dentro
del escenario del accionar de enfermería, ya que las acciones están encaminadas a lograr una
óptima atención que garantice un estado de bienestar físico, psico-emocional y espiritual en
el paciente familia y entorno considera el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería (PAE) como la
roca en la que se asientan todas nuestras actividades y experiencias profesionales las mismas
que, a través de los años se han ido perfeccionando. El objetivo de la propuesta es: Favorecer
la atención de enfermería en pacientes hipertensos con accidente cerebro vascular en el área
de emergencia del HTMC, para su ejecución y desarrollo. La investigación Se sustenta en un
enfoque lineal cuantitativo restrospectivo-descrptivo, como instrumentos se han utilizado:
La entrevista, datos estadísticos de las historias clínicas de los pacientes y la encuesta la
misma que ha sido dirigida al personal profesional de enfermería para medir el grado de
satisfacción, conocimiento y aplicación del PAE en área de emergencia donde la demanda
de pacientes es alta y los recursos de profesionales de enfermería es limitado. El universo
lo conformaran todos los pacientes hipertensos con (ACV) ingresados por Área emergencia
del Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo

And like all methods (PAE) alludes to the various steps that must be followed in a mandatory way to achieve the expected results. Nursing performance in the care of hypertensive patients with cerebrovascular accident (CVA). It is a very important protagonist role, within the nursing action scenario, since the actions are aimed at achieving optimal care that guarantees a state of physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual well-being in the patient family and environment considers the Attention Process Of Nursing (PAE) as the rock on which all our activities and professional experiences are based, which, over the years, have been perfected. The objective of the proposal is: To promote nursing care in hypertensive patients with cerebrovascular accident in the emergency area of the HTMC, for its execution and development. The research is based on a retrospective descriptive, quantitative context, as instruments have been used: The interview, statistical data of patients' clinical records and the same survey that has been directed to professional nursing staff to measure the Degree of satisfaction, knowledge and application of ECPs in an emergency area where patient demand is high and the resources of nursing professionals are limited. The universe will be formed by all hypertensive patients with (LCA) admitted by Emergency Area of Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo.
