Caracterización de la posición vertical para la atención del parto en el Centro de Salud Centro Histórico

Resumen
En la presente investigación se aborda la posición vertical para la atención al parto
en el centro de salud Centro Histórico, por el período comprendido entre mayo a
octubre de 2016, planteando como objetivo general: Determinar las características
del parto en posición vertical que se asocian en madres y recién nacidos, el diseño
es No Experimental, de tipo transversal y analítico, que se realizó mediante el
análisis de las historias clínicas perinatales, de las pacientes que fueron atendidas
en el centro de salud, el universo es de 350 mujeres embarazadas en período de
parto, de las cuales se ha tomado la muestra del 100,00%. Los resultados obtenidos
fueron: Libertad de posición al momento del parto en la totalidad de la población,
ósea el 100,00%, se obtuvo menor frecuencia de realización de episiotomía
llegando al 10.26%, en cuanto a los desgarros el más frecuente es el de grado I con
un 49,14%, la hemorragia post parto esta se presentó en el 10.86% de las pacientes.
En el APGAR de recién nacido el 98.86% llego al rango de 8-10 lo que refleja las
buenas condiciones del recién nacido en la edad gestacional a término, y no existió
reanimación en 99,14% de ellos. Se concluye que las obstetrices debemos
aumentar nuestra competencia y confianza para promover la libre posición del
parto al dar a luz y se propone capacitar sobre las características y beneficios del
parto vertical y Guía Técnica para la Atención del Parto Culturalmente Adecuado.
In the present investigation, the vertical position for the delivery of care in the Centro Historico, for the period from May to October 2016, is addressed. The general objective is to determine the characteristics of the birth in a vertical position that are associated in Mothers and newborns, the design is non experimental, cross-sectional and analytical, which was performed by analyzing the perinatal clinical records of patients who were treated at the health center, the universe is 350 pregnant women in the period Of delivery, of which the sample of 100.00% has been taken. The results obtained were: Freedom of position at the moment of delivery in the whole population, bone 100.00%, was obtained less frequency of episiotomy accomplishment reaching 10.26%, in terms of tears the most frequent is the one of Grade I with 49.14%, postpartum haemorrhage was present in 10.86% of the patients. In the newborn APGAR, 98.86% reached the range of 8-10 reflecting the good condition of the newborn at term gestational age, and there was no resuscitation in 99.14% of them. It is concluded that the midwives must increase our competence and confidence to promote the free position of the birth when giving birth and proposes to train on the characteristics and benefits of vertical delivery and Technical Guide for Care of Culturally Adequate Childbirth.
