eficaz.
Subarachnoid hemorrhage is a syndrome that occurs as a result of ruptured blood vessels. The aim of the study was to assess the tomography of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage treated by emergency at the Hospital Efren Jurado, period January to June 2016, using Fisher scale. Regarding the methodology 50 medical records that were related to the inclusion criteria they were reviewed. This study was descriptive, observational, longitudinal, and retrospective with non-experimental design, data taking affiliation and radiological diagnosis. As for the results 11 patients had vasospasm as complication, accounting for 31.4%. It was determined that 10 patients had stage Fisher admission four representing 28.5%; Fisher November 3rd stage patients (31.5%), Fisher stage two 14 patients representing 40%; It was determined that patients with two Fisher 100% lived. Fisher within the range of three, four patients died lived and 7, corresponding to 37% and 63%, respectively. Regarding the degree Fisher four of the 10 patients 6 died and 4 lived, representing 75 and 25%. As for the sociodemographic variables, according to this study, the predominant age is 51 to 60 years, with 34.2%; and the female with 57.14%. As for the results, this research will establish a management scheme for the correct description, graduation and timely and effective management of vasospasm.
