Resumen
Este sistema consiste en ofrecer servicios de diseños de acabados en yeso, a través de un sitio web al servicio de la comunidad, y de nuestros clientes. Este estudio tiene como objetivo encontrar las necesidades de nuestros clientes y sus preferencias, así como gestionar los trabajos que llevaron a cabo el personal operativo de ADT. Hemos basado nuestro estudio en el uso del método ICONIX, que nos permite utilizar diferentes técnicas de herramientas para obtener ideas más claras del problema y las principales necesidades de la parte interesada (clientes), para recopilar y analizar la información. Que se puede mostrar en nuestro sistema, utilizamos técnicas de investigación para poder satisfacer los requisitos y necesidades de nuestro proyecto, teniendo en cuenta las entrevistas y el orden que consiste en la elaboración de diagramas de clase, diagrama de casos de uso, robustez, diagrama de secuencia. Y finalmente elaborar un modelo entidad-relación. En conclusión, probaremos a través de la implementación de nuestro sistema, la administración, la automatización y la cotización de todo tipo de trabajo realizado por nuestra empresa para satisfacer las necesidades requeridas por la comunidad y nuestros distinguidos clientes a través de nuestro sitio web disponible de forma gratuita para el público.
This System consists on offering services of designs of plaster finish, through a website at the service of the community, and customers. This study aims to find the needs of our customers and their preferences, as well as the management of the works that are carried out the ADT's operational staff. The study was based on the use of the ICONIX method, which allows to make use of different tools techniques to get to have clearer ideas of the problem and the main needs of the interested part (clients), to collect and analyze the information that can be shown in the system. Investigative techniques were used to be able to provide the requirements and needs of the project, taking into consideration the interviews and the order that consists in the elaboration of class diagrams, use case diagram, robustness, sequence diagram and finally elaborate an entity-relationship model. In conclusion it will be proved through the implementation of the system, the management, automation and quotation of all types of work carried out by the company to meet the needs required by the community and distinguished customers through our website available free to the public.
