CAUSAS Y FACTORES DE RIESGO QUE CON LLEVAN A PRESENTAR HEMORRAGIAS POST – PARTO EN PACIENTES PRIMIGESTAS DE 21 A 29 AÑOS ATENDIDAS EN EL HOSPITAL MATERNO INFANTIL Dra. MATILDE HIDALGO DE PROCEL EN EL PERIODO DE SEPTIEMBRE 2014 A FEBRERO DEL 2015”
Las causas y factores de hemorragia post-parto en primigesta son de principal interés para determinar si estamos frente a una paciente con hemorragia post parto. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo y observacional en 40 casos de pacientes primigestas diagnosticadas con hemorragia post-parto en el Hospital Materno Infantil Dra Matilde Hidalgo de Procel en el periodo de septiembre 2014- febrero 2015. El objetivo es determinar las principales causas y los factores de riesgo que conllevan a presentar hemorragias post-parto en primigesta con el fin de disminuir la morbi-mortalidad materna.
Los datos fueron asentados y tabulados en tablas estadísticas para los cuales se realizaron cuadros y gráficos. Se concluyó que la causa con mayor frecuencia lesiones del canal del parto (45%), y un (25%) de las pacientes primigestas no presentaron factores de riesgo.
