Influencia del parto en libre posición con pertinencia intercultural en las embarazadas del Hospital Especializado Mariana de Jesús de Guayaquil noviembre 2015 - abril 2016, diseño de un plan de capacitación

Resumen
El siguiente es un estudio descriptivo y prospectivo que fue ejecutado en la maternidad Marianas de Jesús desde noviembre del 2015, hasta abril del 2016, a un total de 2555 pacientes quienes tuvieron su parto en libre posición en el área Toco quirúrgico. El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar la influencia del parto en libre posición con pertinencia intercultural de las embarazadas del hospital especializado Mariana de Jesús de Guayaquil de noviembre 2015 - abril 2016 con la finalidad de garantizar el derecho que tiene la usuaria a elegir qué posición desea parir, y mejorar la calidad de atención del mismo y del recién nacido.
En la problemática de esta investigación nos basamos que por el desconocimiento que tienen las pacientes acerca de las opciones de decidir en qué forma parir por esta razón se está coartando sus derechos y se basa más en la comodidad de los médicos.
El universo lo constituyen 2555 pacientes sometidas a Parto en libre posición con pertinencia intercultural a los cuales se obtuvieron a través de datos estadísticos, mismos que se procesaron y tabularon para obtener los resultados. Del total de casos se encontró que el 55% eligieron el parto en libre posición con pertinencia intercultural y el 45% eligieron el parto en posición horizontal.
En conclusión este trabajo indica que el parto en libre posición con pertinencia intercultural garantiza los derechos de la embarazada y el recién nacido, además de brindarles los cuidados oportunos y necesarios para su bienestar físico y mental.
The following one is a descriptive and market study that was executed in the maternity Marian of Jesus from November, 2015, until April, 2016, a total of 2555 patients who had his childbirth in free position in the area Touches Me surgically. The aim of this work is determines the influence of the childbirth in free position with intercultural relevancy of the pregnant women of the specialized hospital Mariana de Jesus of Guayaquil of November, 2015 - April, 2016 with the purpose of guaranteeing the right that the usuaria has to choose what position he wants to give birth, and to improve the quality of attention of the same one and of the newborn child. On the problematics of this investigation we us base that for the ignorance that the patients have it brings over of the options to decide about what form give birth for this reason his rights are limited and are based more on the comfort of the doctors. The universe it is constituted by 2555 patients submitted to Childbirth in free position with intercultural relevancy which were obtained across statistical information themselves, that were processed and tabulated to obtain the results. Of the total of cases one thought that 55 % chose the childbirth in free position with intercultural relevancy and 45 % they chose the childbirth in horizontal position. In conclusion this work indicates that the childbirth in free position with intercultural relevancy guarantees the rights of the pregnant woman and the newborn child, beside drinking to them elegant opportune and necessary for his physical and mental wellbeing.
