Resumen
El negocio plantea vender, e instalar módulos GSM para monitorear y controlar sistemas de
procesos eléctricos, industriales, brindando este servicio de tecnología amigable a empresarios y
administradores, sin las complicaciones de dependencia de especialistas o contratos. El Modulo
GSM HERMES es un avisador por SMS, funciona sobre la cobertura de la red celular GSM de
cualquier operadora celular, con el modulo GSM se monitorea y/o controla, estaciones de
bombeo, equipamiento eléctrico, energizar luces, niveles de temperatura, etc., por medio de
mensajes SMS con alarmas predefinidas por el usuario, comunica estas alarmas a un listado de
móviles determinados, todo administrador podrá simplificar el manejo del recurso humano
técnico, y reducir costos. El proyecto lo realizaran al menos 2 socios, que además participaran en
los cargos de Gerente Administrativo y Jefe Técnico, la inversión será de $16.500 dólares US para
los activos tangibles e intangibles necesarios para la puesta en marcha del negocio, para esta
empresa se realizara un préstamo de $ 15.000 US a 3 años al 16,3% anual. La proyección a 5
años, es conservadora, se basa en que el primer año se proyecta una venta de 333 módulos, con
incrementos anuales de ventas que serán de: 4% el segundo año , tercero con 4%, cuarto 6%, y
quinto 8% , alcanzara a ventas de 412 módulos el 5to año con una utilidad neta de $ 8425 US .
Obteniendo un VAN de $ 14173 y una TIR del 42%, la recuperación será en 3 años con 2 meses.
Se aplica la estrategia de venta por catalogo en que el cliente abone el 50% al inicio del contrato y
al término de 8 días laborables se instalara el equipo ofertado, dada la instalación el cliente
cancelara el 50% restante. Por lo expuesto se considera este proyecto rentable.
