Resumen
En el mundo de las telecomunicaciones, la telefonía de voz sobre IP, ha sido de gran importancia y utilidad en las comunicaciones de empresas u organizaciones, donde el personal administrativo tiene la necesidad de estar comunicado y, más aún, cuando el personal no se encuentra distribuido en el mismo espacio físico. El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo diseñar e implementar una red LAN y WAN dentro de la Unidad Educativa Semillitas de Mostaza, para brindar el servicio VoIP, con el fin de solventar las falencias en los métodos de comunicación de la institución. Este proyecto emplea la metodología PMI, brindando varias técnicas para tener una mejor distribución de las actividades a ejecutar en el proyecto. En el mismo se implementará un enlace punto a punto mediante antenas para la interconexión de las dos edificaciones de la institución educativa. Como resultados, se mostrarán las configuraciones que se realizarán en los equipos, las conexiones físicas y el funcionamiento de la red.
