Resumen
Este estudio se realizará mediante una metodología tipo descriptiva y de campo, con enfoque
cualitativo en el cantón Gral. Villamil playas, provincia del Guayas, donde se efectuará un análisis
completo para realizar un diseño acorde a las necesidades de los habitantes y turista,
específicamente recolección de datos mediante encuesta, fichas de observación y entrevista que
ayudan a determinar las necesidades. Cumpliendo las normas y reglamentos de medio ambiente e
incrementar el turismo en la zona acorde a las necesidades. Mejorando la imagen urbana y estética
del malecón.
El estudio y diseño del malecón eco-turístico es un proyecto que se creó en la zona del
Humboldt que comprende 3 barrios cercanos como es la ciudadela marbella, la ciudadela victoria
y el barrio de la madre, este malecón está en proceso de regeneración urbana por lo que está
teniendo un desarrollo turístico en todo el perfil costanero; este estudio no se extiende más de la
primera fase del malecón ya intervenido, hasta la parte céntrica de playas por lo tanto se amerita
realizar un estudio y diseño ecoturístico del malecón que contribuyan en las necesidades de la
comunidad.
