Resumen
La necesidad observada del hacinamiento del personal docente, dicente,
administrativo y de servicio de la facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad de
Guayaquil, fue la exigua infraestructura destinada para las labores correspondientes; nos
planteamos por ello el cumplimiento de las metas que se han dado en los parámetros del
desarrollo integral en los diferentes departamentos a través de la cuantificación y diseño
de espacios existentes y nuevos, que se acoplen a las necesidades actuales de la ciencia y
tecnología y su proyección a futuro; por lo que se procedió a observar, analizar, planificar
y desarrollar un plan de acción que ha llevado a feliz término al aplicar la técnica mixta
en la administración y el campo, consiguiendo que la obra se ejecute en el tiempo previsto
y con el presupuesto adecuado; el personal involucrado al utilizar las nuevas instalaciones
encuestó positivamente las obras estructurales tanto en aulas, como laboratorios de
especialidades.
The observed need for overcrowding of the teaching, teaching, administrative and service staff of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, was the meager infrastructure destined for the corresponding tasks; that is why we are considering the fulfillment of the goals that have been given in the parameters of integral development in the different departments through the quantification and design of existing and new spaces, which are coupled to the current needs of science and technology and their future projection; reason why we proceeded to observe, analyze, plan and develop an action plan that has led to a successful conclusion by applying the mixed technique in the administration and the field, ensuring that the work is carried out on time and with the appropriate budget; the personnel involved when using the new facilities positively surveyed the structural works in both classrooms and specialty laboratories
