Factores De Riesgo Que Afectan A Los Recién Nacidos Con Dificultad Respiratoria

Resumen
Existen factores de riesgos que ponen en peligro la salud del recién nacido; siendo el Síndrome de Dificultad Respiratoria una de las patologías más recurrente. La presente investigación se la realizó en Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatal del Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil, con el fin de determinar cuáles son los factores que se asocian a la dificultad respiratoria en el recién nacido. Elaborado mediante estudio observacional, no experimental y de campo; utilizando las historias clínicas y datos estadísticos proporcionados por el hospital. Según el estudio realizado hubo un total de 284 casos durante el período julio a diciembre de 2019; siendo los hábitos tóxicos de la madre el factor con mayor porcentaje 35% (99 pacientes), seguido de ruptura temprana de membrana con un 26% (74 pacientes), la preeclampsia 17% (50 pacientes); diabetes mellitus con 15% (42 pacientes) y por ultimo las infecciones de vías urinarias con un 7% (19 pacientes).
There are risk factors that endanger the health of the newborn; one of the most recurrent pathologies is the respiratory distress syndrome. The present investigation was carried out in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Guayaquil University Hospital, in order to determine which factors are associated with respiratory distress in the newborn. Prapared though an observational, non – experimental and fiel study; using the medical records and statistical data provide by the hospital. According to the study, there were total of 284 cases during the period July to december 2019; being the mother´s toxic habits the factor with the highest perrcentage 29% (99 patients), followed by early membrane ruptura with 36% (74 patients), pre - eclampsia 18% (50 patients); diabetes mellitus with 15% (42 patients) and finally urinary tract infectios with 7% (19 patients).
