APOYO FAMILIAR EN LA INTERVENCIÓN PSICOLÓGICA DE PACIENTES EN HEMODIÁLISIS DEL HOSPITAL DOCENTE DE LA POLICÍA NACIONAL DE GUAYAQUIL #2

Resumen
El presente trabajo corresponde a la sistematización de la experiencia vivida en el Hospital Docente de la Policía Nacional de Guayaquil #2 a partir del 9 de octubre del 2019 hasta el 14 de enero del 2020; se abordó el proceso de evaluación e intervención psicológica en pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica (IRC) y sus familiares; considerando que el eje de este documento es ¿Cuán importante pudo ser el apoyo familiar para el fortalecimiento de la intervención psicológica de pacientes en hemodiálisis del Hospital Docente de la Policía Nacional de Guayaquil #2? aportando finalmente con el análisis del apoyo familiar para el fortalecimiento de la intervención psicológica de estos pacientes en hemodiálisis pertenecientes a dicho hospital. La información fue recabada mediante entrevistas, test psicológicos e historias Clínicas y la metodología utilizada fue de corte cualitativo por lo cual se elaboró una reflexión crítica en base a la literatura revisada y la practica vivenciada, lo que dio paso a la construcción de conclusiones teóricas y prácticas y por ende la emisión de recomendaciones que permitan mejorar el servicio en esta casa de salud.
The present work belongs to the systematization of the experience lived in the Hospital of the National Police of Guayaquil # 2 since October 9, 2019; The process of evaluation and psychological intervention in patients with Chronic Renal Failure (CRI) and their families was addressed, considering that the core idea of this document is How important could family support be for strengthening the psychological intervention of hemodialysis patients at the Hospital of the National Police of Guayaquil # 2? Finally contributing with the analysis of family support for the strengthening of the psychological intervention of these hemodialysis patients belonging to this hospital. The information was collected through interviews, psychological tests and clinical histories and the methodology used was of a qualitative nature, for which a critical reflection was elaborated based on the reviewed literature and the experience lived, which gave way to the construction of theoretical and practices conclusions and therefore the issuance of recommendations to improve the service in this health home
