SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE LA EXPERIENCIA DEL PROCESO DE EVALUACIÓN PSICOLÓGICA DE LOS RESIDENTES EN EL CENTRO DE RECUPERACIÓN INTEGRAL DE LAS ADICCIONES

Resumen
La sistematización de la experiencia realizada en el centro de rehabilitación CRIAD, tuvo como objeto el proceso de evaluación psicológica que se realiza en los pacientes residentes, además de analizar los diferentes instrumentos de evaluación que se aplican en el campo de las adicciones, que servirán para poder iniciar el tratamiento psicoterapéutico adecuado, y otros, que a pesar de ser complementarios, cumplen un rol importante en el diagnóstico de problemáticas psicológicas que puedan influir en la patología de adicción principal que sufre el paciente y que son identificadas a través de estos, en el resultado e interpretación. Se utilizó la metodología de sistematización de experiencia ya que esta permitió desarrollar conocimientos adquiridos en esta experiencia a través de la práctica, reconstrucción de la vivencia en donde se aplicaban los instrumentos y reflexión acerca de los eventos relevantes que se manifestaron pudiendo interpretar aspectos sociales que influían en este proceso. Se pudo concluir acerca del proceso de evaluación psicológica en estos centros de rehabilitación, este se maneja bajo la influencia de una estructura ya determinada por el Ministerio de Salud Pública. Así mismo, de los varios instrumentos utilizados durante el proceso, pudimos aprender evidenciando la experticia del profesional de la psicología y el desenvolvimiento de nosotros como autores del presente proyecto
The systematization of the experiencie carried out in the CRIAD rehabilitation center, aimed at the psychologycal evaluation process that is carried out in resident patients, in addition to analysis of the different evaluation instruments used in the field of addictions, which will serve to be able to initiate the appropriate psychotherapeutic treatment, and others, that despite being complementary, make an important role in the diagnosis of psychological problems that can influence the pathology of main addiction suffered by the patient and that are identifiable through them, in the result and interpretation. The systematization methodology of experiencie is used since it allows to develop knowledge acquired in this experience through practice, reconstruction of the relevant events that manifest themselves being able to interpret social aspects that the influence in the progress. It was possible to conclude about the process of psychological evaluation in these rehabilitation centers, this is managed under the influence of a structure already determined by the Ministry of Public Health. Likewise, from the various instruments used during the process, we were able to learn by demonstrating the expertise of the psychological professional and the development of us as author of this project
