ESTRATEGIAS METODOLÓGICAS PARA EL DESARROLLO AFECTIVO Y LENGUAJE EN NIÑOS DEL CENTRO DE DESARROLLO INFANTIL “CASITA COLÍN”

Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolló bajo la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias, dentro del proyecto “Construyendo una cultura de la diversidad” de la Facultad de Ciencias psicológicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil y realizadas en el Centro de Desarrollo Infantil “Casita Colín” ubicadas en la cooperativa Balerio Estacio que pertenece al sector noreste de Guayaquil. El eje de sistematización pretende identificar la influencia que tienen las estrategias metodológicas aplicadas para el desarrollo afectivo y lenguaje del infante, debido a que cada familia tiene un código particular que serán transmitidos consciente o inconscientemente a sus hijos donde serán evidenciadas al exponer al menor a otro grupo social como es en este caso el CDI. La metodología utilizada es de corte cualitativo-descriptivo donde se utilizaron herramientas como: entrevistas, cuestionarios, fotografías, reactivos psicométricos y la observación. Los resultados determinaron que las estrategias metodológicas aplicadas por las educadoras trabajan sobre aspectos del cuidado personal y necesidades básicas del menor, sin embargo, inconscientemente mantienen un vínculo que les permite al menor tener un desarrollo afectivo e independencia que logra en el niño instaurar en sus conocimientos el lenguaje para comunicarse con su entorno. Después de obtener los datos se realizó un plan estratégico para fortalecer los conocimientos de las educadoras sobre el tema de la presente investigación mediante talleres y capacitaciones para mejorar su intervención en el desarrollo integral del menor
This research was developed under the modality of systematization of experiences, within the project "Building a Culture of Diversity" of the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil and carried out at the Development Center Children "Casita Colín" located in the cooperative Balerio Estacio that belongs to the northeast sector of Guayaquil. The systematization axis aims to identify the influence that methodological strategies applied for affective development and language of the infant have, because each family has a particular code that will be transmitted consciously or unconsciously to their children where they will be exposed by exposing the child to another social group as in this case the CDI. The methodology used is qualitative-descriptive cutting where tools such as interviews, questionnaires, photographs, psychometric reagents and observation were used. The results determined that the methodological strategies applied by educators work on aspects of personal care and basic needs of the child, however, they unconsciously maintain a bond that allows the child to have a development independence and the child's empowering to establish in his knowledge the language to communicate with his environment. After obtaining the data, a strategic plan was developed to strengthen the knowledge of the educators on the subject of this research through workshops and trainings to improve their intervention in the integral development of the child
