SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE LOS FACTORES PSICOLÓGICOS QUE SE MANIFIESTAN EN LA NATURALIZACIÓN DE LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO

Resumen
La presente sistematización de experiencias tuvo como finalidad el abordaje de los factores psicológicos que se manifiestan en la naturalización de la violencia de género en las mujeres de la Cooperativa 25 de Julio del Sector Cerro San Eduardo, tema seleccionado a partir del servicio comunitario correspondiente al noveno semestre de la carrera de Psicología, en vinculación con la Fundación “Huerto de los Olivos”, dicha experiencia hizo posible plantear la siguiente pregunta eje: ¿Cuáles son los factores psicológicos que se manifiestan en la naturalización de la violencia de género en las mujeres que son víctimas?. La metodología utilizada es cualitativa, siendo necesario el uso de los siguientes instrumentos: Diario de campo, entrevista semiestructurada, análisis documental y análisis de experiencias. A partir de la reflexión crítica, se determinó que los factores psicológicos que influyen dentro del proceso de naturalización de la violencia, son los siguientes: bajos niveles de autoestima, la ausencia de asertividad para relacionarse, la dependencia emocional y diversos sesgos cognitivos que giran en torno al proceso de crianza y la cultura establecida por la sociedad que envuelve tanto a la víctima como al agresor. Es así, como se llegó a la conclusión de que las creencias sociales transmitidas por generaciones a lo largo de los años, respecto al poder que posee el patriarcado sobre la mujer, han ocasionado una crianza de niños y niñas con base en este tipo de pensamientos, lo cual ha transgredido en graves magnitudes la realidad de la relación entre hombres y mujeres
The present systematization of experiences was aimed at addressing the psychological factors that are manifested in the naturalization of gender violence in the women of the Cooperativa 25 de Julio of the Cerro San Eduardo Sector, a topic selected from the community service corresponding to the ninth semester of the Psychology career, in connection with the “Huerto de los Olivos” Foundation. This experience made it possible to raise the following key question: What are the psychological factors that manifest in the naturalization of gender violence in women who victims are?. The methodology used is qualitative, the use of the following instruments being necessary: Field diary, semi-structured interview, documentary analysis and analysis of experiences. From the critical reflection, it was determined that the psychological factors that influence the process of naturalization of violence are the following: low levels of self-esteem, the absence of assertiveness to relate, emotional dependence and various cognitive biases that revolve around to the process of parenting and culture established by society that involves both the victim and the aggressor. Thus, it was concluded that the social beliefs transmitted by generations over the years, with respect to the power of patriarchy over women, have led to the upbringing of children based on this type of thoughts. , which has transgressed in serious magnitudes the reality of the relationship between men and women
