Resumen
Esta investigación tiene el propósito examinar el delito de robo simple como una problemática social en el centro de la ciudad de Guayaquil en el año 2019; por consecuente se consideró como génesis los indicativos de criminalidad respecto de la infracción penal en mención, conjuntamente como las apreciaciones legales que cooperan al acrecentamiento, estudio y cumplimiento a cabalidad de la normativa legal. Para efectuar este estudio se utilizó la metodología doctrinal y de campo; mediante la compilación de datos. En el análisis exhaustivo se indagó minuciosamente la tipificación del delito de robo sin agravantes en la normativa, y se continuó a la realización de encuestas; y, para culminar, se logró verificar mediante los métodos de investigación utilizados y aplicados la materialidad objetiva del sector de estudio en cuanto a los indicativos de criminalidad y los factores al instante de imponer las sanciones por este tipo penal.
