Resumen
El presente Estudio de Caso está enfocado en dar a conocer todo lo que corresponde a la temática “CREACIÓN DE LAS NUEVAS UNIDADES ESPECIALIZADAS EN GARANTÍA PENITENCIARIAS”, con el objetivo de precautelar los derechos humanos de las personas privadas de la libertad, En los diversos capítulos encontraremos el planteamiento del problema, asi mismo su en el capítulo II, encontramos el marco teórico, legal y conceptual, y la comparación doctrinaria de diferentes países. En el capítulo III, la metodología a trabajar, se presentan los resultados de las encuestas y entrevistas que se realizara a la población acerca de estas Unidades Especializadas. El Capítulo IV se ofrece la síntesis de resultados y discusión con otros estudios. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones, recomendaciones, las referencias bibliográficas que sirvieron de apoyo a la realización del proyecto y los anexos del mismo.
This Case Study is focused on making known everything that corresponds to the theme “CREATION OF THE NEW UNITS SPECIALIZED PENITENTIARY IN GUARANTEE UNITS”, with the aim of protecting the human rights of persons deprived of liberty, in the various chapters we will find the problem statement, likewise its in chapter II, we find the theoretical, legal and conceptual framework, and the doctrinal comparison of different countries. In chapter III, the methodology to be worked on, the results of the surveys and interviews that will be carried out to the population about these Specialized Units are presented. Chapter IV offers the synthesis of results and discussion with other studies. Finally, the conclusions, recommendations, bibliographic references that supported the implementation of the project and its annexes are presented.
