Resumen
El estudio de investigación que se presentó en este informe tuvo como tema REHABILITACION Y REINSERCION A LA SOCIEDAD DE ADOLESCENTES INFRACTORES PRIVADOS DE LIBERTAD. El objetivo general fue: Describir los aspectos de la Rehabilitación y Reinserción a la Sociedad de Adolescentes Infractores Privados de Libertad en el Centro de Rehabilitación de Menores de la Ciudad de Guayaquil. Con estos antecedentes se revisó la bibliografía pertinente concerniente de jurisprudencia, doctrina y leyes vigentes, para realizar después una metodología que constó de una investigación cualitativa documental, con un método inductivo-deductivo y exegético, con la síntesis de todas las teorías estudiadas. Además, para verificar la situación actual del Centro de Adolescentes Infractores (CAI) de la ciudad de Guayaquil, se empleó una técnica de encuesta con un instrumento de recolección de información que constó de una entrevista dirigida a los funcionarios del centro, contentiva de preguntas abiertas, además al analizar los resultados se justificó el diseño de una guía para la Rehabilitación, Reinserción y Reeducación de Adolescentes Infractores, misma que buscó brindar un aporte académico en torno al caso.
The research study presented in this report had as its theme REHABILITATION AND REINSERTION TO THE SOCIEDAD DE ADOLESCOLES INFRACTORES PRIVADOR DE LIBERTAD. The general objective was: To describe the aspects of the Rehabilitation and Reintegration to the Society of Adolescents Infractors Deprived of Liberty in the Center of Rehabilitation of Minors of the City of Guayaquil. With this background, the relevant bibliography concerning jurisprudence, doctrine and laws in force was reviewed, to then carry out a methodology that consisted of a qualitative documentary investigation, with an inductive-deductive and exegetical method, with the synthesis of all the theories studied. In addition, in order to verify the current situation of the Center of Infringing Adolescents (CAI) of the city of Guayaquil, a survey technique was used with an information collection instrument that consisted of an interview addressed to the center's officials, content with open questions In addition, when analyzing the results, the design of a guide for the Rehabilitation, Reintegration and Reeducation of Offender Adolescents was justified, which sought to provide an academic contribution around the case
