Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es verificar que tan eficientes son los mecanismos de reinserción social y económica para las personas que ya han cumplido con la pena impuesta por haber infringido con la ley, de este modo partimos el estudio, haciendo comparaciones con países vecinos los cuales mantienen de manera diferente el proceso de reinserción social, sin embargo el problema de los fallos en los procesos de rehabilitación en muchos casos es por la falta de interés por parte del personal encargado de los centros de privación de libertad, cabe mencionar que también se debe a otros factores, entre ellos la corrupción y la falta de personal capacitado para la misma los cuales no cumplen a cabalidad con la realización correcta de los mecanismo
The research objective's is to verify how efficient the mechanisms of social and economic reintegration are for people who have already served the sentence imposed for having broken the law. This is the way that we started the study, making comparisons with neighboring countries which maintain the social reintegration process in a different way, however, the problem of failures in the rehabilitation processes in many cases is due to the lack of interest from the part of the personnel in charge of the deprivation of liberty centers, it is worth mentioning that it is also due to other factors, including corruption and the lack of personnel trained for it, which do not fully comply with the correct implementation of the mechanisms. Taking into consideration that there are laws that support every human being, whatever their condition, has the right to a dignified life without discrimination
