Traqueostomía en pacientes adultos mayores con accidente cerebro vascular : programa para atención primaria de traqueostomía de cuidados respiratorios

Resumen
Nuestra sociedad ha enfrentado una problemática como es el Accidente cerebro vascular, conociendo que el grupo más vulnerable a padecer esto, son los adultos mayores debido a los estilos o hábitos que haya mantenido en toda su vida, y que debido a su condición clínica la mayoría son sometidos a una vía aérea artificial (tubo endotraqueal o tubo de traqueostomía) conectados a un respirador mecánico, por ende al ser pacientes críticos ameritan de un cuidado y monitoreo constante. Este estudio investigativo fue realizado en el hospital Abel Gilbert Pontón y que se llevó a cabo gracias a los datos estadísticos sobre pacientes que cursan con accidente cerebro vascular trasqueotomizados en la unidad de cuidados intensivos durante todo el año dos mil diecisiete .realizamos un programa para estos pacientes, demostrando que cada técnica terapéutica y buena limpieza tanto de la estoma como el traqueostomo influye para la recuperación y menor estadía intrahospitalaria y por ende menos costo para la institución médica.
Our society has faced a problem such as the vascular brain accident, knowing that the most vulnerable group to suffer from this are the elderly due to the styles or habits that they have maintained throughout their lives, and that due to their clinical condition the majority they are submitted to an artificial airway (endotracheal tube or tracheostomy tube) connected to a mechanical ventilator, therefore being critical patients require constant care and monitoring. This investigative study was carried out at the Abel Gilbert Pontón hospital and was carried out thanks to the statistical data on patients with stroke who underwent transplant in the intensive care unit during the whole year two thousand and seventeen. We carried out a program for these patients. Patients, demonstrating that each therapeutic technique and good cleaning of both the stoma and the tracheostomy influences the recovery and less in-hospital stay and therefore less cost for the medical institution.
