Estudio retrospectivo : morbilidad de bronquitis aguda asociado a cambios estacionales en niños de 2 a 10 años en el Centro de Salud El Fortín Distrito 09D08

Resumen
Al término del proyecto de titulación se pudo establecer que los factores ambientales asociados inciden en las infecciones respiratorias, en el grupo de niños se evidencio que en la edad de 2 a 4 años se vio afectado un 58% y de 5 a 8 años con un 42%; por lo tanto, durante el proceso de investigación a nivel de género los más propensos a adquirir la bronquitis aguda son de género masculino. La bronquitis aguda es una inflamación de los bronquios generalmente precedida por una infección de las vías respiratorias altas que provoca en los niños regularmente tos abundante que va a durar entre 12 a 15 días y secreciones fluidas en tono amarillento. Este trabajo se realizó en la ciudad de Guayaquil en el Centro de Salud Distrito 09D08 sector el FORTIN, se evidencia en los niños en época de cambios estacionales preferentemente de verano a invierno, llegan con situaciones gripales por la falta de control y prevención se complican de tal manera que compromete notablemente su salud. Por lo cual se realizó un Instructivo enfocado en salud preventiva, dirigido a padres de familias y cuidadores, se utilizó la metodología cuantitativa y cualitativa, método exploratorio, método descriptivo, el instrumento de la encuesta y los estadígrafos que permitieron conocer esta problemática junto con el juicio de experto y la tutora de la investigación.
At the end of the titration project it could be established that the associated environmental factors affect respiratory infections, in the group of children it was evidenced that in the age of 2 to 4 years it was affected 58% and from 5 to 8 years with a 42%; therefore during the research process at the gender level, those most likely to acquire acute bronchitis are male. Acute bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial tubes usually preceded by an infection of the upper respiratory tract, which causes a regular cough in children that will last between 12 to 15 days and fluid secretions in a yellowish tone. This work was carried out in the city of Guayaquil in the District 09D08 Health Center sector, the FORTIN, it is evident in children in times of seasonal changes preferably from summer to winter, they arrive with influenza-like situations due to lack of control and prevention. such a way that it notably compromises your health. Therefore, an Instruction focused on preventive health was made, aimed at parents of families and caregivers, using the quantitative and qualitative methodology, exploratory method, descriptive method, the instrument of the survey and the statisticians that allowed to know this problem together with the trial of expert and the tutor of the investigation.
