Resumen
El presente trabajo consiste en proponer la mejora de un sistema de protección contra incendios en un centro de almacenamiento ubicado en la Ciudad de Guayaquil en la Ciudadela Mirador del Norte.
Con el fin de preservar los bienes humanos y físicos de la empresa, el deseo de cumplir las normas legales establecidas por el Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos de Guayaquil y con el objetivo de precautelar la continuidad del negocio, este proyecto se desarrolla por la necesidad de fichar los potenciales riesgos de incendio que existen en las distintas áreas de la empresa, utilizando el Método de Gretener y los estándares internacionales de las normas publicadas por la NFPA, se logró identificar los problemas que existen en el actual sistema de protección contra incendios.
Una vez identificadas las zonas donde la seguridad contra incendio es deficiente se establecieron las necesidades de proponer la mejora del actual sistema con un diseño idóneo a fin de prevenir riesgos de incendio futuros y proteger la seguridad tanto humana como de sus instalaciones en caso de este tipo de siniestro.
The present work consists in proposing the improvement of a fire protection system in a storage center located in the City of Guayaquil in the Mirador del Norte Cuidadela.
