Resumen
La empresa TELEFUTURA S.A., se dedica a la compra - venta, alquiler y
explotación de bienes inmuebles propios o arrendados, instalaciones para almacenaje,
centros comerciales y terrenos, inició sus actividades en el año 2004, presenta
inconvenientes en el área financiera, no existe una directriz que indique las actividades a
desempeñar, personas ejerciendo funciones que no están acorde al perfil del puesto, se
desconoce lo relativo a la planificación del trabajo en cada uno de los puestos, lo que trae
como consecuencia que los trabajadores incumplan con su encargo empresarial,
provocando incumplimiento en los objetivos organizacionales o empresariales. La
pregunta planteada de investigación fue; ¿De qué manera TELEFUTURA S.A., tendrá un
impacto positivo de la operatividad del área financiera de la organización?, siendo el
objetivo general, Diseñar un Manual de Funciones que permita mejorar la operatividad
del área Financiera de TELEFUTURA S.A. luego de realizar el levantamiento de
información y validar el instrumento, se verificó la necesidad inmediata de un manual de
funciones para el área financiera. La alta gerencia debe desarrollar un plan de chequeo
sobre la aplicación del manual, así como de los resultados alcanzados, para poder tomar
las medidas pertinentes en caso de desvío en su aplicación.
The company TELEFUTURA S.A., is dedicated to the purchase - sale, rental and exploitation of own or leased real estate, storage facilities, shopping centers and land, began its activities in 2004, presents problems in the financial area, there is no guideline that indicates the activities to be carried out, people exercising functions that are not according to the profile of the position, it is unknown what is related to the planning of work in each of the positions, which results in workers failing to comply with their business assignment, causing non-compliance in organizational or business objectives. The question asked about research was; how TELEFUTURA S.A., will have a positive impact on the operability of the financial area of the organization? being the general objective, design a manual of functions to improve the operability of the financial area of TELEFUTURA S.A. after carrying out the information gathering and validating the instrument, the immediate need for a manual of functions for the financial area was verified. Senior management must develop a check plan on the application of the manual, as well as the results achieved, in order to take the appropriate measures in case of deviation in its application.
