Resumen
La presente investigación consiste en la creación del servicio de guardería de niños en
gimnasios del sector norte de Guayaquil, tiene como objetivo general elaborar un plan de
negocio, considerando que no existe este tipo de servicio en las guarderías de la ciudad; hoy en
día muchas madres de familia han dejado sus rutinas de ejercicios porque se han dedicado al
cuidado de los hijos, y a lo moche salen a sus trabajos dejándolos al cuidado de un familiar o de
alguna empleada, al regresar a sus casas se tienen que encargar de ellos, y no pueden hacer
ninguna actividad; el enfoque de la investigación es cuali-cuantitativo no experimental de tipo
descriptiva y exploratoria, los instrumentos a utilizar son la entrevista y la encuesta. Este servicio
en la ciudad de Guayaquil, considera una idea innovadora, las alianzas estratégicas que se logren
con los gimnasios son de vital importancia para el desarrollo del negocio, la propuesta de este
estudio radica en lograr un posicionamiento de mercado, ofreciendo no solo un servicio de guardería tradicional, sino un servicio de guardería dentro de los gimnasios, es decir, las madres
podrán ejercitarse mientras tienen a sus hijos cerca, dejándolos al cuidado de profesionales
The present investigation consists of the creation of the nursery service for children in gyms in the northern sector of Guayaquil, it has as a general objective to elaborate a business plan, considering that there is no such service in the nurseries of the city; Nowadays, many mothers have left their exercise routines because they have dedicated themselves to the care of their children, and they leave it to their jobs leaving them to the care of a family member or some employee, when they return to their homes they have to take care of them, and they cannot do any activity; The focus of the research is qualitative, non-experimental, descriptive and exploratory, the instruments to be used are the interview and the survey. This service in the city of Guayaquil, considers an innovative idea, the strategic alliances that are achieved with the gyms are of vital importance for the development of the business, the proposal of this study is to achieve a market positioning, offering not only a service Traditional nursery, if not a nursery service inside the gyms, that is, mothers can exercise while they have their children nearby, leaving them in the care of professionals.
