Resumen
El tema referente a las “BARRERAS NO ARANCELARIAS Y SU IMPACTO EN LAS IMPORTACIONES DE ROPA” se da por los inconvenientes que posee la industria textil por el ingreso de mercadería china, peruana y chilena, además de producto traídos de manera ilegal a través de las diferentes fronteras en el territorio ecuatoriano. El objetivo de la investigación es el desarrollar una guía didáctica referente a la importación de ropa por parte de la industria textil ecuatoriana, comparando su evolución desde el año 2015 al año 2018, además de recopilar la información pertinente sobre las barreras no arancelarias con el fin de demostrar los documentos de los procesos y costos en la importación de ropa. La metodología es de carácter descriptivo y exploratorio con enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo con instrumento de campo, observación, encuestas y entrevista para la recolección de información. Los resultados alcanzados en la encuesta a 44 personas permiten analizar el conocimiento, limitaciones, comparaciones, y técnicas de las barreras no arancelarias aplicadas en la importación de ropas, se concluye con la factibilidad existen en la elaboración de un manual que refleje todos los pasos y documentos a utilizar en la desaduanización.
The issue regarding “NON-TARIFF BARRIERS AND ITS IMPACT ON CLOTHING IMPORTS” is due to the inconveniences that the textile industry has due to the entry of Chinese, Peruvian and Chilean merchandise, as well as products brought illegally across the different borders. in the Ecuadorian territory. The objective of the research is to develop a didactic guide regarding the importation of clothing by the Ecuadorian textile industry, comparing its evolution from 2015 to 2018, in addition to collecting relevant information on non-tariff barriers in order to demonstrate the documents of the processes and costs in the import of clothes. The methodology is descriptive and exploratory with a qualitative and quantitative approach with field instrument, observation, surveys and interview for the collection of information. The results achieved in the survey of 44 people allow us to analyze the knowledge, limitations, comparisons, and techniques of the non-tariff barriers applied in the importation of clothes, it concludes with the feasibility that exists in the elaboration of a manual that reflects all the steps and documents to be used in customs clearance.
