Resumen
La amenaza de aborto durante el primer trimestre de gestación afecta del 15 al
25% de todos los embarazos y constituye una de las principales causas de
consultas médicas de urgencia que se presentan. La amenaza de aborto
comprende un estado de peligro que sugiere la posible presencia de un aborto espontaneo en las primeras semanas de embarazo.
La finalidad de este estudio es analizar desde el punto de vista clínico las
posibles etiologías que nos permitan identificar los factores de riesgo de la
amenaza de aborto durante el primer trimestre de embarazo
Otro de los objetivos por el cual se realiza esta investigación es dar a conocer las manifestaciones clínicas en la amenaza de aborto, que se presentan durante el primer trimestre de embarazo, caracterizado por sangrado de origen endouterino generalmente escaso, mostrándose en las primeras 20 semanas de gestación, acompañado de dorsalgia y dolor tipo cólico menstrual.
En este escrito metodológico de tipo descriptivo, analítico, cuantitativo, de corte
transversal, realizado en el Hospital Gineco- Obstétrico- Pediátrico Universitario
de Guayaquil, en base a la información facilitada, se pretende identificar los
diferentes factores de riesgo y manifestaciones clínicas que pueden presentarse
durante el primer trimestre de gestación
La investigación fue realizada en base a las historias clínicas de las pacientes
atendidas en esta casa de salud, en donde se determinó un total de 104
gestantes atendidas en el periodo 2018-2019, de las cuales 71 pacientes se
encontraban en el primer trimestre de embarazo.
Se concluye el estudio con los diversos objetivos específicos propuestos y a la
vez se harán las respectivas recomendaciones concluyendo con una propuesta
para disminuir la problemática.
La amenaza de aborto en el primer trimestre de embarazo continúa siendo una
problemática obstétrica de la salud pública, la misma que a su vez contribuye a
la morbimortalidad fetal.

aborto en el primer trimestre de embarazo se relacionan con antecedentes
personales patológicos e indicadores que van a inducir a complicaciones como
