Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación incluye el prototipo de un sistema web para los
abogados en libre ejercicio de la profesión, el objetivo de este proyecto es que ayude
al abogado a tener un mejor control y gestión sobre los casos de demandas civiles
que reciba por parte del demandante. La mayoría de estos abogados están
acostumbrados a tener toda la documentación de sus casos de forma física y no
digitalizada, lo que puede conllevar a que se tenga problemas ya sea por deterioro o
por perdida de documentos, además ayudará a que el demandante a dar un
seguimiento de toda la documentación del caso, que el abogado tenga. La
metodología usada es exploratoria y para el desarrollo del prototipo web se utilizó el
método cascada ya que es el que más se adaptó al proyecto. En el desarrollo del
prototipo se utilizó el Framework Laravel 8 ya que permite crear páginas web de forma
rápida y se acopla perfectamente con el lenguaje de programación PHP, una vez
desarrollado el prototipo web localmente, se procedió a subirlos en la nube y con
Amazon Web Services usando el servicio Amazon EC2 (Servidor de aplicaciones) que
sirvió para lanzar un servidor virtual en la nube y subir el prototipo web, junto con
Amazon RDS (Servidor de base de datos) permitió configurar el funcionamiento de la
base de datos, el prototipo pudo funcionar correctamente en la nube. Al finalizar el
proyecto se puede concluir, mediante pruebas con los usuarios profesionales, que el
prototipo web cumple con las expectativas de la propuesta porque ayuda a mejorar la
gestión y control de los casos que llevan a cabo para los demandantes e incluso ellos
serán una parte del sistema ya que podrán contratar los servicios del abogado por
medio del prototipo web.
This degree work includes the prototype of a web system for lawyers in the free exercise of the profession, the objective of this project is to help the lawyer to have a better control and management over the cases of civil lawsuits received by the defendant. Most of these lawyers are used to having all the documentation of their cases in physical form and not digitized, which can lead to problems either due to deterioration or loss of documents, it will also help the plaintiff to keep track of all the documentation of the case, which has the lawyer. The methodology used is exploratory and for the development of the web prototype the waterfall method was used since it is the one that best suits the project. In the development of the prototype, the Laravel 8 Framework was used since it allows to create web pages quickly and is perfectly coupled with the PHP programming language, once the web prototype was developed locally, they were uploaded in the cloud and with Amazon Web Services using the Amazon EC2 service (Application Server) that served to launch a virtual server in the cloud and upload the web prototype, together with Amazon RDS (Database Server) allowed to configure the operation of the database, the prototype it was able to work properly in the cloud. At the end of the project it can be concluded, through tests with professional users, that the web prototype meets the expectations of the proposal because it helps to improve the management and control of the cases carried out by the plaintiffs and will even be part of the system since they will be able to contract the services of the lawyer through the web prototype.
