Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación con metodología de sistematización de experiencia hace énfasis al Proceso de Sensibilización docente frente a estudiantes con problemas de conducta en el Liceo Naval Norte en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Tuvo como objeto sistematizar la fase de sensibilización e intervención correspondientes al proyecto psicoeducativo “Promoción de una cultura inclusiva” en el periodo de prácticas pre profesionales de Octavo Semestre 2019-2020 Ciclo II. El objetivo es analizar el desarrollo del proceso de sensibilización docente para la atención de estudiantes con problemas de conducta. El presente trabajo pretende responder ¿De qué manera influyó el proceso de sensibilización en la actitud docente frente a estudiantes con problemas de conducta? .Para la realización del trabajo de titulación se aplicaron entrevistas a docentes, fichas de observación áulica para posteriormente realizar la planificación y diseño del taller. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron que existía una falta de conocimiento acerca de las necesidades educativas especiales por parte del personal docente, además de mostrar resistencia hacia la atención de estudiantes con problemas de conducta. Es necesario realizar una fase de seguimiento del proceso de sensibilización y realizar una adecuada planificación con varios talleres de sensibilización
The present investigation with a design of systematization of experiences is aimed at the process of awareness in Teachers towards students that present behavioral problems at the Liceo Naval Norte located in Guayaquil. We chose as an object the phase of intervention and awareness within the psychoeducational project “Promotion of an inclusive culture” during the period of the pre-professional practices of the eighth semester between 2019-2020 Cycle II. The main objective is to analyze the development of the process of awareness in teachers focused on the attention of the students that present behavioral problems. The present work aims at responding; how did it influence the process of awareness in the teaching attitude towards students with behavioral problems? For the realization of the present work we applied several instruments such as: teacher interviews, classroom observation sheets that helped us do the workshop planning and design aimed at teachers. The results we obtained were that there was a lack of knowledge of teachers about special educational needs, also they showed resistance to the attention of students with behavioral problems. It is necessary to make a follow up in order to check the process of awareness and also to make a correct planning using workshops
